The procedure typically takes around 30-45 minutes. It is performed in Dr. Zeena’s office. The injections also contain a numbing agent for comfort. Before the treatment, she will evaluate your jawline and discuss your goals and expectations for the procedure. She may also mark the areas to be treated.

During the procedure, the filler is injected into the jawline using a fine needle. The amount of filler used will depend on your individual needs and goals. After the injections are complete, Dr. Zeena may massage the area to ensure the filler is molded and evenly distributed.

After the procedure, you may experience some swelling, bruising, and tenderness in the treated area. These side effects are normal and should resolve within a few days. You should avoid strenuous exercise and alcohol for the first 24 hours after the procedure and avoid touching or massaging the treated area for at least 24 hours.
